That’s why we are a proud partner of Hotels for Trees. Every guest who chooses to skip a housekeeping service helps contribute to something bigger: a new tree. In this way, together we make a tangible difference for nature, directly from your hotel bed. A small gesture, a big effect – exactly how we like to see it.

The idea of planting trees and consciously foregoing room cleaning is taken seriously by our guests and implemented immediately. This also means that linen and towels are not changed. This reduces our carbon footprint. Guests rate this initiative very highly and share their experiences in their feedback/reviews.

Before I started working at the Radisson Hotel & Suites, I was not familiar with Hotels for Trees. I’ve noticed that many of our guests value it, and instead of choosing a drink or points, they are more likely to opt for planting a tree. A few of my colleagues and I also go out to plant the trees ourselves, and we share this with our guests. They really appreciate it, and so far, we’ve already planted 2.496 trees. Personally, I think it’s a fantastic initiative, and we will definitely continue with it!
