Where hotel guests plant trees
The Hotels for Trees Foundation contributes directly to a greener hotel world. A hotel world in which one new tree is planted each time a guest chooses to skip the daily room cleaning.
About Hotels for Trees
Hotels for Trees is a non profit foundation established in May 2021. It started in the Netherlands and has rapidly expanded in Europe since 2022. Further expansion to Australia and the US is currently underway.
Here's why you should join us
Hotels for Trees actively supports the transition towards a more sustainable hotel industry.
Easy
Hotels for Trees is based on a concept, which is βeasyβ for both hotel guests as well as hotels.
Specific
Hotel guests who choose to take part in this initiative can already see the impact of their action on the website the next day.
Transparent
The financials behind this concept are no secret. Hotels that participate pay Hotels for Trees a set fee for each room that is not cleaned.
Green testimonials
Hotels for Trees is proud of everything we accomplish together, including success stories.
