Boutique Hotel Corona is the oldest four star hotel of The Hague. Situated in the middle of the city centre on the famous Buitenhof Square. The hotel is established in three 17th century buildings. The high ceilings on the ground floor and the beautiful chandeliers reveal a glimpse of the premises’ rich history. For a delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks, you can visit inhouse restaurant BIT. And in the summer, you can take a seat on the outdoor terrace, which has a view of the Buitenhof and even a part of the Binnenhof. Popular tourist attractions including the Binnenhof and the Mauritshuis can be found within walking distance of the hotel, providing this hotel with the perfect location for a city trip to The Hague. A tram stop is just 200 metres from the hotel, which means you can be on Scheveningen beach in just 15 minutes.
Our 72 hotelrooms come with every modern comfort such as airconditioning, WiHi, flatscreen tv, coffee- and tea facilities and a bathroom with rain shower and / or bath. In 2017 we started our renovation and extension of the hotel. From 36 to 72 rooms, only the outside walls remained. As of today, this project is nearly finished and we are proud of our new hotel in its ‘old jacket’.
With this renovation we focused on durability. The collaboration with Hotels for Trees perfectly fits our mission!
Hotels for Trees actively supports the transition towards a more sustainable hotel industry.
