The Krone – lively and fresh. Under the direction of British Michelin-starred chef James Baron and his Thai-Swiss wife Natacha, the cuisine has changed and is now exciting and varied. Local produce and flavours from all over the world combine to create excellent Alpine cuisine – informal and of high quality. The historic building with its contemporary, cosy ambience is now known as the “Krone – Säumerei am Inn”. It is to develop into a lively meeting place – from an insider tip to a “place to be”. It is important to us that the Krone remains an inn that stands for gourmet experiences and warm hospitality.
