The 2024 DoubleTree by Hilton EMEA CARE Journey event in Dubai was a vibrant celebration of the brand’s CARE culture. Over 300 leaders gathered to share real-time ideas, alongside 2,400 thoughtful contributions from across the region, highlighting the small acts of CARE that make a lasting impact—welcoming guests, supporting team members, and uplifting communities.

As a symbol of the team’s commitment to caring for the environment and Hilton’s Travel with Purpose program, two trees were planted for each CARE contributor. We sincerely thank all participants for their dedication and the positive difference they’ve made.
